Product Search

When a customer asks about products in the chat, your AI assistant automatically searches your Shopify catalog and shows them relevant results.

How It Works​

A customer might ask something like:

"Do you have any signed jerseys?"

The AI searches your catalog, finds matching products, and responds with recommendations — including product cards with images, prices, and links.

What Customers See​

When products are found, the AI shows:

  • Product name
  • Price
  • Product image
  • Whether it's in stock
  • A link to view the product on your store

Customer: Do you have any signed football helmets?

AI: We have a few signed football helmets available! Here are some options:

  • Framed Peyton Manning Signed Helmet — $2,499.99 (In Stock)
  • Tom Brady Autographed Mini Helmet — $899.99 (In Stock)

Would you like more details on any of these items?

Out-of-Stock Items​

If a product is found but out of stock, the AI will:

  • Let the customer know it's currently unavailable
  • Suggest similar items that are in stock
  • Offer to connect them with your team for more help

Improving Search Results​

Run an AI Training scan to help the AI better understand your product catalog. This teaches it your product vocabulary so it can match customer questions more accurately.
