Conversation List (Left)

See all your conversations in one place:

  • Filter by status (open, pending, resolved), channel, or priority
  • Search by customer name or message content
  • Sort by most recent activity

Message Thread (Center)

The full conversation with the customer:

  • Messages from the customer, AI, and your team
  • Product cards and rich content
  • New messages appear in real time

Customer Details (Right)

Context about who you're talking to:

  • Customer name and email
  • Shopify profile and recent orders (if connected)
  • Previous conversation history

What You Can Do

Reply to Customers

  • Type a message and hit send
  • Use AI-suggested responses as a starting point and edit before sending

Manage the AI

  • Turn AI on or off for any conversation
  • Review what the AI is about to send before it goes out
  • Take over from the AI with one click

Assign & Organize

  • Assign conversations to specific team members
  • Transfer conversations between agents
  • Mark conversations as open, pending, or resolved
