Inbox Management

Manage your inboxes, team members, and settings.

Creating an Inbox

  1. Go to Inboxes in the sidebar
  2. Click Create Inbox
  3. Enter a name and description
  4. Set up your channels, AI, and integrations
  5. Click Save

Inbox Settings

Each inbox has its own settings, accessible from the inbox page:

  • General — inbox name and description
  • Channels — enable/disable channels and enter credentials
  • Widget — customize the chat widget appearance and quick actions
  • Knowledge Base — add and manage articles for the AI
  • AI Training — scan your product catalog and set AI personality
  • Integrations — connect your Shopify store

Team Management

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to Inbox Settings → Team
  2. Click Invite Agent
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Choose their role
  5. Send the invitation

Roles

RoleWhat They Can Do
AdminEverything — manage settings, team, and conversations
AgentView and respond to conversations, manage customers

Multiple Inboxes

Team members can be part of multiple inboxes. They can switch between inboxes using the selector in the sidebar.
